Triple Three/Kombi Rocks

What's an angel like you doing on Earth????

 Operation Surprise Dad happened last Saturday and it worked out perfectly! Got to Triple Three (@ Mandarin Orchard) earlier than him and while he was walking in we could hear him telling the waiter, "There's only 2 of us (him and my mum) why must we sit so far away from the food" LOL so typical, but he was so shocked when he saw all of us hehehe ^^

Food there was goooodddddd! They had good beef (pic below) with truffle sauce/ham/naan with mutton curry/BABY ASPARAGUS WAS DAMN GOOD I think I kept eating that in between my food that's why I didn't feel that bloated after the buffet/Tempura was so good that people took plates after plates of those/OH the teppenyaki beef was good too/Raspberry ice cream was nice// That's about all I can remember. Ohhh stayed off the fresh seafood section 'cause I wasn't feelin it. But they didn't have crab legs anw just the usual prawns/mussels 

URGH WAS TOTALLY EYEING THIS CHOCOLATE CAKE. But it was gone by the time I was ready for desserts huhu

 Mini celebration for my couz too 'cause her birthday's just a day after my dad's.

Met Louis' Fam in the evening for dinner @ Kombi Rocks! Expected the usual cafe food Pasta/Eggs Ben etc but they actually serve Thai food??? Haha wasn't expecting that. 

Oh the platter we ordered was very nice!!!! Some lychee pork ribs, thai fish cake, and prawn paste thingy which i super loved. The crab mee goreng and red wine chicken wings were not bad too! Only thing that wasn't really nice was the Tomyum soup 'cause it tasted very diluted and bland. But I guess it complimented the other super flavourful items
