Throwback to 2 weeks ago when we brought Jieying to Tanuki Raw to celebrate her birthday :) 

I've only been to Tanuki Raw thrice and all 3 times i ordered the Truffle Yakiniku rice bowl haha what a boring girl. I really wanted to try smth else on their menu but most of the other rice bowls were sashimi-related and i don't really eat sashimi (except for salmon) so....... (Yoda voice) stick to Truffle Yakiniku I shall.

Out with Team 8A during the hols 'cause as usual, Team 8B's too busy for us....... but it's k, lovin' the gurl time with them, filled with such crazy talks which made my stomach ache from laughter ;'D Defo wouldn't be the same if the guys were around 'cause they would have judged us like crazy hahaha.
Had lunch at The Sushi Bar @ Ngee Ann City! First time there and the food was awesomeeeee (albeit a little pricey), super loved the mentaiko scallop and soft shell crab avocado roll!!! Droolsssss.

Salmon don which i shared with Char. Didn't like it THAT much cuz as i explained to them, the salmon to soy sauce ratio wasn't quite right for me hahaha the salmon pieces were sliced too thick (imo) so there wasn't enough soy sauce to last while i was still chewing the salmon. Yea logic right there.

Had some italian gelato for desserts after, complimentary from Char cuz she reached the latest hehe. It's gonna be Godiva the next time round Char!!! Hehehe ; )

Bf joined us and we caught 'The Good Dinosaur' tgt!!!! The show was not bad but not cry worthy to me?????? But as usual MP was there sobbing her life away hahaha. Her threshold for crying is too damn low xD

Side track from my life but look at what Ali's aunt found while they were having a meal tgt to celebrate her grandma's bday!

It's a damn metal thing with a SHARP end, found in one of their fried chicken pieces W T F. And this happened at Crystal Jade.............. It's really quite lucky that her aunt chewed bit by bit and didn't happen to bite into the sharp end...... Be wary guys, don't be too quick to put the whole piece of food into your mouth!
