Been back from Bkk for about 3 days now but i'm still missing that place :( The cheap shopping, cheap and nice food although it seems like they spammed sugar in every dish, cheap tuk tuk and taxi rides, and definitely missing the times we would pretend that we're locals there hahaha.
So on Sunday morning, we met at the airport at around 7am, collected our air tickets and checked in our luggage and went to have breakfast at the staff canteen :)
And because all of us had our families to accompany us, nana was being a lonely pony cause her parents dropped her off at the airport xP
Then we went into the Departure hall at around 9am and boarded the plane soon after :)
Reached bkk at around 10plus and walked around the airport for a bit to get some food and drinks and our sim card! Damn cheap k!! One sim card which provides you with UNLIMITED data for 7 days and 100 mins of free outgoing only costs $12 SGD if i rmb correctly!
Decided to take the BTS (their mrt) to our hotel as an experience hehe. This token thingy is like our ez link card! Just tap and we're in!
But their train doors were damn scary!!! Cause they close damn hard! So if kiasu singaporeans were to rush to board the train, their bones would be crushed, no joke!!! There's always this 'boom' sound when the door closes damn scary hahaha.
After much travelling, we finally reached our desserted 'hotel'... Ok not really desserted la just unknown to many.......
The 'hotel' was soooooooo rundown omg almost feels like a chalet. And they were really damn cheapskate ok, they insisted that we had to pay for an extra bed (300baht per night) cause we had 5 people when the room can only accommodate 4 people? Normal hotels wouldn't even care! Hold party in the room also can! Tsk tsk. Then when we stepped into the room, there was this sour smell like the room hasn't been used in ages!!!

A huge crack in our room door!!! Wth they couldnt even make some effort to mend the patch?! And the door could only be locked from the outside what crap is this?! Then we (mainly me) were making up all sorts of stories like how the hotel people were planning to kidnap us and lock us in the room by locking us from the outside lol. But after the first night it wasn't that bad la hahaha.
Settled down for awhile before heading to chatuchak market!

Second day OOTD :)
The only good thing about our 'hotel' was that it served awesome breakfast! Eggs of all kinds (sunny side up, scrambled and omelette), french toasts/pancakes, sausages and other western breakfast stuff :)
Wasn't even sick of the food throughout our stay haha. But the orange juice was so sweet that i used it as syrup, 1 part juice 3 parts water hahaha.
Left the hotel and walked to Pratunam market :)
Then after shopping for a long time, we walked to some random mall to have lunch!
Took a cab to Terminal 21 in the evening :) Went there just to look around... Didnt buy anything cause the things there were relatively more expensive, like sg price....
But the place was really pretty, even the toilet!
Pretty cupcake but it costs SGD $4 whatttttttt no way, i can buy a shirt with that money!!!
Every level was themed by a country! There was like Japan and UK and...I dont rmb the others haha.

Third day OOTD:
Our every morning sitting place :)
Wanted to walk to Platinum mall but we saw a Tuk Tuk so we decided to take it! Our first tuk tuk ride hehe :)
After half a day of shopping in Platinum, we headed out to eat wanton mee that was recommended by Qishan's friend! The wanton mee was so nice!!! But so sad it contained pork so nana can't eat it :(
Bought crepes for dessert and Nana's lunch! :X The crepes in bkk are super delishhhhh and crispyyyyy

Then we took a tuk tuk to Chinatown for a seafood dinner! :)
Food there was quite good but the environment was really really horrible omgggg. There was insects and baby cockroaches around, even under the table, which crawled onto the table eventually ewwwww.Major turn off pfft.
Bought this super cute cover for Louis :)
And changed my iphone's sticker :) It's now little twin stars instead of the previous rainbow heehee.
The very 7-11 which was conveniently located just beside our hotel so we bought our water, milk and snacks daily :)

3rd day loots!
Fourth day OOTD: (A new shirt which i got from Pratunam haha)
Went to Platinum Mall for the last 3 days cause that's how long we took to finish walking the mall! It's that huge ok!!!
But quite nice waffle for dessert :)
All of us got temporary tattoos drawn for us :)
Then we took a tuk tuk to MBK! There was a muay thai competition going on when we reached but we couldn't see much so we didnt stay and watch..
The steamboat was so-so only lor, soup was so sweet, ingredients were average and it wasn't even cheap!
But the roast duck and roast pork were really super good!!!
Last day OOTD: (new shirt from platinum hehe)
Random snack that we bought! Chocolate + Marshmallow + Biscuit. It was super nice!!! :)
Checked out of the hotel at 12pm but we left our luggage there because our flight was at 9plus in the night and we wanted to continue shopping hehe.
Had brunch at A&W omg i miss their twister fries and root beer float!!! Why isn't there any more branches in Sg?! :(
Bought SO many things on the last day cause i was like "Heck it la i wanna spend all my money today" so yea hahaha. But didnt have time to snap a pic of all my buys cause we were rushing to squeeze it all into our luggage and head to the airport!! Haha.
Had damn good thai food at the airport! Like really super good and the tomyum goong was so yummy omgggggggg. But too pricey..... We didn't expect it to reach 2.3k baht??? That's like SGD $100 so $20 per person wtf!!! And we ordered like not a lot?? Most expensive meal in bkk! Luckily it tasted good hmph.
